As a 39-year veteran of the financial services industry, Jeff brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the advisor- client looking for help in the area of succession and business development. Using a consultative approach, he has been directly involved in all aspects of business development, including the strategic and tactical components of recruiting plans and succession strategies with both corporations and independent businesses within the industry. He has been a business development specialist with AIG Advisor Group and Raymond James Financial Services and now as an independent consultant with Drejza & Associates, the firm he established in 2011. With countless successfully completed acquisitions and affiliation, he has worked with the entire spectrum of firms and is able to leverage that experience to help advisers for solutions for the advancement of their practices. Because of the commitment to family and community he has been actively involved with helping in many areas from sports with children to helping those with fewer advantages in the Detroit metro area.
